Board Meeting Minutes
Access to Cooperative Books and Records
The books and records of the Cooperative are private and shall be accessible to non-Members only upon court order. Members who wish to examine them may do so after receiving permission from the Board, by filling out a request form stating a proper purpose. Members who wish to make mailings to other Members for a proper purpose may do so by providing the necessary copies of material to be mailed, together with sufficient postage, in time for the Cooperative to make the desired mailing.
A proper purpose is one related to accomplishing the goals of the Cooperative.
